Various aspects have to be considered to attain coherent predictions about the sustainability of investments in real estate and their rate of return. KOP provides answers to questions relating to real estate valuation and accounting in terms of commercial and building related needs.
From the viewpoint of sustainability, organizational structures and buildings themselves are in a constant process of change with regard to their location, size and organization. Since 2009 KOP is accredited and licensed pilot auditor for sustainable buildings in accordance with the requirements of the BMVBS/DGNB and also provides consultation in the field of energy performance and sustainability in accordance with the requirements of the DGNB.
